A booster club for a neighborhood pool.

A volunteer-driven effort to support a public swimming pool serving kids and families for 45 years.

About Us

We’re a group of neighbors dedicated to help preserve and enhance a community swimming pool. We’re collaborating with the City of San Diego Park + Recreation Department, South Clairemont Recreation Council, and other important local groups to raise funds for renovations and foster support for programs, employment, and other identified needs.

Advocacy Update! May 14, 2024. We Did It!

Through our collective efforts, we were able to successfully advocate for the restoration of 5.55 full-time employees and total expenditures of $420,000 and the revenue of $70,000 to support swim teams and water polo programs in the non-summer months at swimming pools citywide!

The FY2025 Budget will go to a final adoption in June 2024. So anything can still happen. Let’s make sure that this recommendation of FULL RESTORATION remains! Here’s what’s next.
